Parent of a Class 12 student

The Career Trail was an eye-opener. My child could compare colleges beyond rankings and select the right fit.

Smriti Ma’am has played a defining role in my academic journey - from shortlisting colleges and crafting applications to preparing for interviews and making the final decision.
She has a unique ability to open up the world for her students, making them aware of diverse career paths and helping them connect the dots between their aspirations and the experiences they need to grow meaningfully. Her guidance is never one-size-fits-all; it’s deeply personal, thoughtful, and grounded in a clear understanding of who you are and who you’re trying to become.
I’m still in touch with her, and I continue to look to her for clarity, perspective, and direction. Smriti Ma’am embodies ambition and exploration. She pushes you to dream bigger, but also shows you the practical steps to get there.
I’m confident that she’s only getting started and that she’ll find, or build, a platform big enough to create even greater impact for students.

It was an educational trip which came with a lot of life lessons, college life experience and most of all, FUN.
College life is tough, one might not get what they are expecting, my advice is to go with the flow and you’ll eventually adapt to the environment.
The college I liked the best was OP Jindal Global University because of their faculty, the teaching methods, the campus life and the food- all was top-notch.
I was confused between two programs- BBA (hons) in marketing and finance and BA(hons) in global affairs. However, now I’ve found what excites me which is global affairs- my love for researching about various countries and their affairs has made me come to this conclusion and I hope I do well in it.
Going on this trip, organised by TheCareerFoundry, was one of my best decisions as I never knew I would open up to people, make new friends and learn so much. I would suggest everyone to be a part of such a trip as it’s worth the experience!!
Thank you.

The zero limit career trail was a wonderful experience for the students to experience college before going to one . It was like a preview to our " college lives " . The highlight for me were the Sessions conducted by every college which really helped me in clearing my doubts regarding certain courses and also have a clear goal on the colleges im interested in . Secondly , interacting with other students from the different school and colleges throughout the trail helped in building more communication skills and friendships.
I would love to recommended my fellow friends and other students to surely have such visits.

The Educational Trail to Delhi NCR June 2025, was something I was looking forward wholeheartedly for my son Aariv, student of grade XII. The colleges, courses, itenary everything was well planned and systematic. The selection of colleges, events gave a good exposure to him, with an in-depth knowledge of the course along with the stays in the hostels gave a good insight Smriti is a thorough professional, she is particular about every minute detail, I have never met her but just by talking to her over phone removed all my apprehensions on sending my son alone. I am glad I took this up!!

As a teacher, I had the privilege of accompanying some of my students for the Zero Limit Career Trail, organised by The Foundry. It was an incredibly rewarding journey. Each college visit offered students a unique perspective on their potential future, and witnessing their growth and enthusiasm has been truly inspiring. By navigating through different campuses and interacting with diverse academic environments, the students will surely be able to make well-informed decisions about their futures. The support and resources provided by these institutions have been invaluable in helping them find their best fit and set the stage for their success.
Everything was well-planned by Mrs. Smriti, Founder The Foundry Lucknow. Her proactive and compassionate nature helped us throughout the trail. I am truly happy to be a part of this initiative and looking forward to many more such trails.
